During my recent stay at Can Ceret, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful hospitality that welcomed me after a delayed flight. The owner graciously prepared a baby’s bed that I inadvertently forgot to request, showcasing the personal touch of the establishment. Nestled in a central location with easy parking, the hotel offers comfortable rooms ideal for relaxation. Though the Dining Room was closed due to our visit falling on a Monday, the receptionist was courteous enough to recommend Can Trona, a local restaurant that exceeded my expectations with its exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, particularly the fresh seafood that reflects the region’s culinary heritage. Breakfast at La Placeta de la Muralla features high-quality healthy products, making it an ideal start to the day. I would certainly recommend Can Ceret for those seeking a gourmet journey intertwined with a cozy atmosphere and exceptional service. This place truly honors the heart of local flavors while providing comfort to its guests.
